Simmer for about 10-15 minutes until the mixture thickens.
Strain the mixture through a fine sieve or cheesecloth to remove the seeds.
Let it cool, and add aloe vera gel or coconut oil if desired for extra lubrication.
Store in a clean container and refrigerate.
